A feed for a specific category

If you use categories for your blog, you can subscribe to a specific category.

Third-Party options

@Sod has provided a few alternative feeds for the Discover and user feeds. The difference is that these feeds add a link to the conversation on Micro.blog at the end of the post content, which is very helpful.
